Planning, procurement, installation and commissioning of the TeraSlate production line for 3S Swiss Solar Solutions AG. The facility, infrastructure and team were built in parallel – eleven months from signing the lease to process commissioning.
WATCH VIDEO ↗Production-line conversion while operations continued
Dismantling and disposal of the existing BIPV line, followed by the installation of new machinery, under tight space constraints and with only a short production break. Covid-19 restrictions further complicated travel, commissioning and material logistics.
